Protein Rich Vegan Keto Bites
Do you every miss having a cookie with your cup of coffee/tea? Well we do have a delicious protein packed options. This recipe is made with wholesome ingredients such as Almond Flour, Chia seeds, nut butters and is very easy to make. So go ahead and make a batch and trust us when we say, this will be one of many times you will make these delicious cookies.

Ingredients
Almond Flour - 1 cup
Protein Powder - 1 scoop
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp/3 tsp
Sweetner of Choice - to taste (we used 1 tbsp / 3 tsp of Swerve)
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Nut Butter - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C).
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp/3 tsp of Chia seeds and water and set aside to form a jelly
In a bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener of choice and mix well
Add the coconut oil, nut butter, chia mixture and mix well to form a dough
Using a scoop, scoop out 1 tbsp of each cookie on a sheet
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
Cool and enjoy
