Protein Rich Vegan Keto Bites

Do you every miss having a cookie with your cup of coffee/tea? Well we do have a delicious protein packed options. This recipe is made with wholesome ingredients such as Almond Flour, Chia seeds, nut butters and is very easy to make. So go ahead and make a batch and trust us when we say, this will be one of many times you will make these delicious cookies.

Recipe yields - 15 cookies

Prep Time: 15 mins Bake Time: 15-18 mins


  1. Almond Flour - 1 cup

  2. Protein Powder - 1 scoop

  3. Baking Powder - 1 tsp

  4. Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp/3 tsp

  5. Sweetner of Choice - to taste (we used 1 tbsp / 3 tsp of Swerve)

  6. Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp

  7. Nut Butter - 1/4 cup

  8. Water - 1/4 cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C).

  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp/3 tsp of Chia seeds and water and set aside to form a jelly

  3. In a bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener of choice and mix well

  4. Add the coconut oil, nut butter, chia mixture and mix well to form a dough

  5. Using a scoop, scoop out 1 tbsp of each cookie on a sheet

  6. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes

  7. Cool and enjoy
