A Quick & Easy Low-Carb Snack Idea.

This is a good pick me up when the afternoon slump hits. While not technically Keto (since we are using fresh fruit), this is definitely a great low-carb snack option.

Serving size: 1

Prep Time: 1 min Cook Time: 1 min


  1. Strawberry - 1/2 cup or 100 gms

  2. Unsweetened Almond Milk - 1 cup or 240 ml

  3. Lemon Juice - To taste (Optional)

  4. Mint leaves  - 4 leaves

Method of preparation

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute

  2. If needed add water/ice to adjust consistency
