Mindful Carbing
Spicy Thai Soup
Updated: Nov 12, 2018
Super easy and filling one pot soup
This is a super easy one pot soup, where essentially you dump all the ingredients and bring it to a boil and voila you have the most satisfying wholesome soup ready. This soup is so filling that you don't need anything else to fill you up. The red chilli paste (Sambhal) is spicy, but by controlling the amount of paste you add, you can tailor this to your own threshold of spice level. We at the Mindful Carbing headquarters like our food spicy!
