Simple Spinach Salad

A super easy salad with just a few ingredients

This is a very simple and basic salad. This salad is not only delicious but is filled with an abundance of nutrients. Here we used spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, salt and pepper and lemon juice. This salad makes a good main salad and if used as a side salad this would make about 3 servings. If you prefer you can drizzle some olive oil on top to add some additional healthy fats. Either way this simple salad brings out the flavor of each and every ingredient to its fullest.

  1. Baby Spinach - 1.5 cups

  2. Cucumber Chopped - 1/2 cup

  3. Cherry Tomatoes/Cherry Tomatoes- 1/4 cup

  4. Avocado Chopped - 1/2 cup

  5. Salt and Pepper - To taste

  6. Lemon Juice - 1 tsp or to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except salt-pepper and lemon juice and toss well

  2. Mix the lemon juice and salt-pepper

  3. Drizzle the lemon juice-salt-pepper mixture over the salt and toss again.

  4. Enjoy as a main or side salad
