Quick & Easy Low-Carb Bread
Eggless, Gluten-free, Keto Bread with just a few ingredients
The one thing that I missed most in my low-carb journey has been BREAD! While there are tons of low-carb recipes online, nothing worked for me. The quick recipes either tasted too eggy or tasted like cardboard. And the recipes that were most like Bread took forever to make with what seemed like a million ingredients. This recipe on the other hand tastes divine... is ready in under 30 minutes... and uses everyday ingredients already in your pantry! The best part, you can eat the bread as is!

Recipe yields - 10 slices of bread
Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 - 15 mins
Almond flour - 1.5 cups
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Flax seed (ground) - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
Heavy whipping cream - 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 F (or 200 C).
In a bowl add the ground flax seeds and water and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and knead to form a slightly sticky dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch.
Cut the dough into 10 squares to resemble bread slices.
Bake it for 12 - 15 minutes until the top starts to brown.
Eat it toasted or with your favorite nut butter or enjoy it just as is!
