A Sumptuous Keto Dinner.

This is a delicious keto soup for those cold evenings. It is also a quick and easy meal idea especially on the days when you are too bored to cook. This recipe uses basic ingredients that are always in stock in every keto kitchen.

  1. Malai Paneer - 1/2 cup or 100 gms, cubed

  2. Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup or 100 ml

  3. Ghee - 1 tsp or 5 ml

  4. Garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped

  5. Mint leaves - 4

  6. Pepper powder - To taste

  7. Salt - To taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a pan, add ghee and garlic. Roast the garlic till it turns pink.

  2. Add paneer cubes and toss till they turn golden brown.

  3. Add coconut milk and salt. Cook until it just starts to boil.

  4. Switch off the gas. Add chopped mint leaves and sprinkle pepper powder.

  5. Enjoy the tasty soup while it is still warm.
