What if there is a energy ball which tastes like a delicious fudgy candy or dare I say better!!! Well look no more. Gather just 4 ingredients and whip up these delicious no cook ladoos/energy balls and enjoy when you need an energy boost or just want to satisfy your sweet tooth. I just want to warn you these are addictive!!

Makes: 7 energy balls

Serving Size: 1 energy ball

  1. Chocolate Protein Powder - 2 scoops

  2. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes - 1/4 cup + Extra for rolling the balls in

  3. Nut butter of choice* - 1/4 cup (We used almond butter but feel free to change it up per your choice)

  4. Coconut Oil - 2 tsp

* For a low-fat version, you can use PB2 instead of nut-butter.

Method of Preparation

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blitz it for about 1 minute. You should have a dough like consistency.

  2. Make balls, roll them in coconut flakes and refrigerate them for about 1 hr.

  3. Store in air tight container and enjoy
