Low Carb and Healthy Namak Para

Healthy Gluten Free Keto Snack

Namak para, also nimki or nimkin is a crunchy savory snack eaten in South east Asia. Namak para is ribbon-like strips of pastry delicately seasoned with ajwain and cumin seeds. Traditionally, this is made with All purpose flour (Maida) and deep fried. In our version, we have replaced the all purpose flour with Almond Flour and instead of deep frying in oil we are baking it making it a low carb and healthy dish. Do give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
