Lettuce Paneer Wraps with Tzatziki sauce #BentoBox

An easy no cook meal idea
These wraps are so simple to make. A perfect on the go meal idea where all you need to do is put together a few ingredients to make an absolutely delicious dish. Change up the lettuce to add a new taste and texture to the same dish. Adding Tzatziki sauce on top or as a dip adds a new flavor dimension to an already yummy dish.

For the Lettuce Wrap without the Tzatziki Sauce (Serving Size 2 Wraps)

For the Tzatziki Sauce (1 tbsp)

Ingredients
Paneer Filling (Makes 2 wraps)
Paneer - 100 gms or 1/2 cup
Bell Pepper (Yellow, Red and Green) - 100 gms or 1/2 cup
Onions - 2 tbsp or 1/8 cup
Jalapeno - To taste
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar (Optional) - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lettuce of choice- Iceberg/Butter Lettuce Cups etc.
Tzatziki Sauce (Makes 6 tbsp or 3 oz)
Greek Yogurt / Hung Curd - 1/4 cup
Cucumber - 2 tbsp or 1/8 cup
Garlic Clove - 1 shredded
Lemon Juice - To taste
Salt and Paper - To Taste
Dill Leaves (Optional) - 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation
Paneer Filling
Chop all the vegetables for the filling into small bite size pieces
Add all the seasonings, oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to the vegetables and mixed well. Keep aside
Tzatziki Sauce
Grate the cucumber and drain the water it releases
Add the grated cucumber to the greek yogurt and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well
To Serve: Take your lettuce cup and add the paneer filling. This should make 2 lettuce cups (depending on the lettuce size). Drizzle a little Tzatziki sauce and enjoy your filling and satiating meal.
