What if we told you we had this is by far the best chips you have eaten. It is crispy,crunchy and oh so delicious. Pair this with guacamole or any dip and you have a perfect party appetizer. Make a big batch as this does goes by FAST!!!

Ingredients
For the Chips
Flax meal - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Almond Flour - 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese - 1/3 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed to knead
For the Guacamole
Avocado - 2
Onions - 1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 1/4 cup
Cilantro - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
Method of preparation
For the Chips
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix the flax meal and water and set aside for 15 mins to make flax egg
In a bowl add the almond flour, cheddar cheese, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, olive oil, flax egg
Knead well. If needed, add water to form a dough
Roll out the dough between using parchment paper and cut to make squares
Bake at 350 F for 15 mins or until crisp
Cool, break into pieces and Enjoy
For the Dip
In the bowl, scoop out the avocado, add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice and salt
Mix well
Enjoy!!
