Greek Yogurt / Hung Curd - 1 cup
Swerve / sweetener of choice - 1/4 cup or to taste
Cardamom Powder / Elaichi Powder - 1/4 tsp
Saffron Strands - a few (optional)
Roasted almonds slivers for garnish - 1 oz or 28 g (optional)
Method of preparation
Combine greek yogurt, swerve and cardamom powder in a bowl.
Add saffron strands to 1/2 tsp of hot water and stir it around.
Mix in the saffron and roasted almonds to the yogurt mixture.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
