Keto Savory Crepe

A Delicious dish that is easy to make and filling at the same time

Crepe usually is made with Flour, Eggs and Water or can be made with rice flour. Both these versions are high in carbs which makes it difficult to enjoy when you are on a low carb/keto diet. This dish can be made in a jiffy by using wholesome ingredients. The proportion is easy it is 1:1:1 (Almond Flour: Coconut Milk: Cheese), which makes it super easy to scale up or down. This requires no fermentation and can be made immediately to enjoy. In our recipe, we have layered the dish with spinach, peppers and avacado but honestly you can make it your own. Add some hot sauce and paneer to make a delicious wrap or have it plain with some coconut chutney. This dish is yours to make and enjoy. Definitely do give this recipe a try!
