Easy Spiced Cauli "Rice" Meal Idea

Masala Cauli 'rice' is an amazing combination of spicy flavors and mouth-watering textures. When served with raita, it makes a complete meal in itself. This one pot dish is very similar to pulao but with a spicy twist.

  1. Cauliflower Rice - 1.5 cups

  2. Onion- 1/2 cup or 1 Small sized

  3. Tomato- 1/4 cup or 1 Small sized

  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

  5. Ghee - 1 tbsp

  6. Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp

  7. Garam Masala / Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp

  8. Cilantro/Coriander: 1 tbsp

  9. Salt to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a wok saute cumin seeds in 1 tbsp of hot ghee

  2. Add onions and saute for 1 min

  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds

  4. Add garam masala and tomato pieces and saute for 1 min

  5. Add the cauliflower rice and cook for about 2-3 mins

  6. Add salt and cilantro and mix well

  7. Eat it while its still hot!
