Keto "Hershey's" Chocolate

Who does not love Chocolate! This is a quick no-cook/bake dessert that is the perfect treat for when you're craving a something CHOCOLATE. These keto friendly treats are just like Hershey's chocolate bar, creamy and delicious!

Prep Time: 10 mins Cooling Time: 30 mins


  1. Cocoa Butter - 1 cup

  2. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 1/2 cup

  3. Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

  4. Swerve/ any sweetener of your choice - 1/3 cup or to taste

  5. Sea Salt - a pinch

Method of Preparation

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add cocoa butter and microwave for 3 minutes or until the cocoa butter melts completely.

  2. Add unsweetened cocoa powder and mix well.

  3. Add Vanilla Extract and swerve / sweetener of choice and mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps and it forms a smooth and silky mixture.

  4. Add salt and mix again.

  5. Pour the mixture into the chocolate mold.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate firms up completely.

  7. Carefully remove from mold and cut into pieces.

  8. Enjoy!
