Eggless Bagel using just 3 ingredients

Bagels are a popular breakfast that people on keto seem to miss out. In the weight watcher community, there is a popular 2 ingredient bagel that people swear by. That however uses self rising flour. We have used the 2 ingredient bagel for this keto bagel.

Serving Size - 1 bagel

Recipe yields - 5 bagels

Prep Time: 10 mins Bake Time: 15 mins


  1. Almond Flour - 2 cups

  2. Baking Powder - 2 tsp

  3. Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Seasoning of choice (Optional)

Method of Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F (200C).

  2. In a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.

  3. Add greek yogurt. Knead well to form a dough.

  4. Rest the dough for at least 10 minutes.

  5. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.

  6. Roll the dough to form a long cylinder and then combine the 2 ends to form a ring.

  7. In a baking tray add parchment paper. Add the rings to the prepared baking tray.

  8. Sprinkle desired seasoning on top of the bagel.

  9. Bake for 15 mins.

  10. Let the bagel cool.

  11. Enjoy it with some cream cheese!
