Diabetic friendly, protein rich sweet keto paneer balls

Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet traditionally made out of paneer and sweetened condensed milk. At the MC headquarters, we changed up the recipe by using paneer and sweetener thus making it light and absolutely delicious. This sure will satisfy your sweet craving without the guilt. Serving size: 1 Kalakand Ball

Makes: 8 balls

Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5-7 minutes


  1. Grated Paneer- 1 cup

  2. Swerve/Sweetener of Choice - 1/4 cup

  3. Ghee- 1 tsp

  4. Powdered Almonds and Pistachio- 1 tbsp

  5. Powdered Cardamom - 1/4 tsp

Method of preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add 1 tsp of ghee and heat for 30 seconds

  2. Add 1 tbsp of nuts and saute for 30 seconds

  3. Add 1 cup of Paneer and saute for about 1 min.

  4. Add it the cardamom powder and sweetener and mix well

  5. Remove from the saucepan refrigerate for about 15 mins.

  6. Once cool, knead the dough for 1-2 mins. This helps in making the dough smooth

  7. Distribute the mixture equally and make balls

  8. Enjoy this delicious no guilt sweet
