Chili Paneer

Chili Paneer or Paneer Chili is an Indo-Chinese appetizer loved by all. This dish is a full of delight being both spicy and tangy. Either as an appetizer, side or entree, this dish is sure to hit all the right notes on your palette.

  1. Paneer - 100 gms

  2. Bell Peppers - 100 gms

  3. Onion - 25 gms

  4. Ghee /Butter - 1 tbsp

  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

  6. Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

  7. Chili powder - 1 tsp

  8. Salt to taste

  9. Spring Onions (optional) - For garnishing

Method of preparation

  1. Chop all the vegetables and paneer.

  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili powder and salt and keep aside.

  3. In a hot wok add ghee and after about 10 seconds add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds

  4. Add the chopped vegetables and paneer and saute on high heat for abut 2 minutes

  5. Add sauce mix and saute for another 1 minute.

  6. Transfer into a plate and garnish with spring onions
