Ingredients
Unsalted Butter - 1/4 cup
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese - 1 and 1/2 cup, finely grated
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Method of Preparation
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Add garlic, cream and simmer for 5 minutes
Add cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in salt and pepper
Add it to your meal or cool and refrigerate it for upto 5 days.
